COME VISIT THE QUADMOS
The Quadmos has now been installed at QUAD. We have a planet-guide along with a lighting effect. The installation can be found up the first flight of stairs above in the BFI Mediatheque facility.
QUAD Youth Forum Members Caught Slacking!!!
Luke and Adam got sidetracked with helping at Feste and found themselves absorbed in the wonderful world that is 'Etiquette'
'Etiquette' is a half-hour experience for two people in a public space that verges on the magical: for it to work you have to listen to the instructions through headphones and respond accordingly.
Chad/Chester Green planet makers jump to rescue
With one planet short a enthusiastic team of nearby onlookers volunteered to create a split planet Chad/Chester Green to represent the area were they lived!
A STAR IS BORN
Over the Derby Feste weekend of 5th and 6th of September we set out to make the central part of our installation 'The Sun' For this we invited members of the public to think of words that described 'Their Derby' We the asked them to cut these words found in the newspaper and stick then to the 'Sun'
This was a huge success and we had over 100 people contribute to the making of the sun!

Planets Normanton and (unnamed) are complete and looking forward to sitting alongside the other planets.
Quad Youth Forum would like to thank Edale and Eyam for their contributions to the project and we look forward to seeing you at the opening of the Quadmos on the 19th September.

Greetings Derby Youth Forum. We are sending you a progress report from Planet EDALE & EYAM.
The planets are well underway as you can see from our photos. The Planets will be ready for collection the 1st week of September. We look forward to meeting you at the Launch Event.
